Lang & Co was established in 1993 by Robert Lang who recognised the need for an Independent Estate Agent to provide a professional and personal service for sellers and buyers alike. Robert had been in estate agency for some 35 years and was a driving force behind the growth and development of Constables, a particularly well known and respected local firm of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents. In 1995, with business flourishing, Lang and Co grew into a partnership with the addition of Graham Dennis, a Chartered Surveyor and former Managing Director of Constables Estate Agents and Jay Foster an Area Manager who had spent 35 and 17 years respectively with the same company. Graham Dennis retired from the partnership in March 2003 offering the opportunity for Marc Rees, who has worked for the company for approximately three years, to join the partnership. Marc has been in estate agency for some 15 years and in October 2003 officially became a partner contributing his wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the new partnership. Lang and Co have developed into an established Estate Agency with an experienced team of professionals who provide excellent knowledge and unrivalled personal service to those selling and buying homes within Plymouth and surrounding areas.
