My name is Sue Saunders, and I have been helping people buy and sell houses locally for over 26 years. After many years in a corporate world of estate agency as a senior manager I felt the need to return to my true core values of offering "The Service You Should Expect - For a Price You Didn't. At the start of 2013 I launched my own business as Novahomes Torbay, and I simply haven't looked back! Novahomes is establishing an increasing presence here in the Westcountry, and blends the benefit of real local expertise with the national strength of the Novahomes brand. Our clients are benefitting from our vast knowledge and experience of the local property market, as we guide them through the whole buying and selling process. The aim is to keep it as simple and stress free as possible whilst giving our clients good solid advice and a quality service. Days and hours of operation are as flexible as the demands of the business require, so if that means a conversation during the evening because that suits you, then we make ourselves available to help. The same applies for weekends, when we frequently provide assistance, or do viewings when many other agencies prove too inflexible to cope.
