The majority of properties sold in Slough over the past year were flat properties. The average price they sold for was £216,159. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £333,137 and semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £402,064.

Slough, with an overall average price of £321,440, was found to be more expensive than nearby Chalvey (£281,788), but cheaper than Cippenham (£355,000) and Eton (£660,042).

In the past year sold property prices in Slough were 17% higher when compared to the year before and 27% higher when compared to 2014 when average prices were £234,958.
