Port Talbot, with an overall average price of £94,994, was found to be more expensive than nearby Aberavon (£84,726), but cheaper than Baglan (£147,833) and Goytre (£233,000).

In the past year sold property prices in Port Talbot were 7% higher when compared to the year before and 6% higher when compared to 2014 when average prices were £89,310.
