Swansea, with an overall average price of £114,520, was found to be more expensive than nearby Mayhill (£72,596), but cheaper than Maritime Quarter (£181,215) and Uplands (£199,127).

In the past year sold property prices in Swansea were 8% higher when compared to the year before and 3% higher when compared to 2014 when average prices were £111,286.
