Coventry, with an overall average price of £231,418, achieved similar values to nearby Earlsdon (£240,188), but was found to be more expensive than Hillfields (£181,000) and Radford (£185,093).

In the past year sold property prices in Coventry were 1% lower when compared to the year before and 6% higher when compared to 2021 when average prices were £218,596.
