Payment of £120 Inc. VAT if you want to change the tenancy agreement

Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% per day.

Payment of £24 Inc. VAT for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices

Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy.

During the tenancy (payable to the provider) if permitted and applicable

Utilities e.g. gas/ electricity/ water

Communications e.g. telephone and broadband

Installation of cable/satellite

Subscription to cable/satellite supplier

Television licence

Council Tax

The Initial Money will be confirmed and must be paid by bank transfer

RENTAL PAYMENTS

All rent is payable in advance by standing order. All payments should be made 72hrs prior to your rent due date to allow for clearance. Any financial problems you may encounter should reported to us.
