I moved here 4 years ago as I completely fell in love with the location. The house itself needed quite a lot of work back then but I could see the potential it offered.
Since living here, I completely transformed the kitchen into what is now quite a vibrant stylish room but the best thing I did was the garden room extension. Not only did it open the kitchen into an open plan space with more light but it enabled me to also put the breakfast bar in making it more of a sociable. I also added a new combination boiler and multi fuel stove which is brilliant when the winter kicks in.

In the summer months I love sitting out in the rear garden and enjoying the sunshine as it is a real sun trap.
