We chose to buy this home over many others that we viewed in the area because of its size. We loved the fact the lounge was large, the kitchen was spacious and that there were two double bedrooms.

The location is excellent as we are a 10 minute walk from Elm Park station which provides a C2C rail service into London in under half an house, making our journey into town for work or pleasure a breeze.

Since owning the home we have not needed to do much work, but have decorated and maintained it as necessary.
