From Exeter and the M5 follow signposting for Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton, travelling on the dual carriageway from Clyst St Mary to Clyst St George. Continue towards Exmouth on the A376, travelling through the villages of Ebford, Exton and Lympstone. On reaching Exmouth, proceed down the hill towards the town centre passing the station on the right. On reaching a roundabout, turn right into Rolle Street and continue past Strand Gardens on the right. Rolle Street becomes Rolle Road and on reaching the roundabout taking the third exit onto Carlton Hill, where Carlton Mews can be found immediately on the right.
