The front boundary amounts to approximately 339’ (103.39m), fronting on to the quiet lane through this much sought after village.

There is no Planning Permission for any development, but there are some slight remains of a ruin of a former dwelling.

There is a brief planning history through Wycombe District Council, which is accessible via the Internet. Their plans show the plot in two sections. Land Registry confirm it as all one plot.

NB. A specialised Land Survey of this site has not been carried out due to the intense flora and fauna. Consequently, all measurements are approximate and should be checked. Caution should be exercised if physically investigating the plot and prospective purchasers or any of their advisors do so at their own risk.

Situation
