Property Description

Milton House is a fine individual detached family home carrying a date stone of 1946 having been occupied by the current owners for in excess of thirty two years. Over previous years the property has been extended to the rear, including a loft conversion, but does offer scope for potential buyers to alter and extend to their own specification, subject to the appropriate consents. Much of the original features have been retained with attractive stone bay windows and timber panelled hallways. The accommodation in brief comprises an entrance porch, entrance hall, cellar, lounge, dining room, study, kitchen and a covered porch to the side. To the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom, together with a fourth bedroom on the second floor converted from the loft. The gardens are a particular feature of the property with the house set back from the road leading to a detached single garage and the rear garden offers a good deal of privacy.
