Chester, with an overall average price of £290,895, achieved similar values to nearby Handbridge (£292,083), but was found to be more expensive than Newtown (£193,020) and cheaper than Curzon Park (£478,550).

In the past year sold property prices in Chester were 2% lower when compared to the year before and 2% higher when compared to 2022 when average prices were £284,155.
