Liverpool, with an overall average price of £174,720, achieved similar values to nearby Fairfield (£171,667), but was found to be more expensive than Tuebrook (£111,888) and Old Swan (£114,353).

In the past year sold property prices in Liverpool were 10% higher when compared to the year before and 12% higher when compared to 2018 when average prices were £152,925.
