OWNER OPINION

I have lived in Birkdale drive for over 10 years, and I have loved every moment. The area is very friendly, and the neighbours are great and always happy to help. Having the Tesco express and bus links at the top of the road is a massive convenience. The road is very quiet and there are some great walks through the fields down to the Plough pub in Ifield conservations area. The side patio has been my outdoor living room for years as it gets the sun all day, if I was staying at the property longer I would give this a full face lift and possibly reclaim some of the front garden to add those extra minutes of evening sunshine. I will be sad to leave, and only leaving to relocate to Hampshire.
