Seller Comments: We have loved living in this charming & cosy cottage for the past 4 and a half years where we have brought up our three children. A huge attraction for us when viewing this property was the size of the three bedrooms. Most houses seem to have two larger bedrooms and a small box room but this house has three good sized rooms.

The views out onto the farmland have always provided a calming backdrop to wake up to on a daily basis and we have loved how peaceful the garden is with its rural setting , yet still knowing we are so close to brilliant travel links. We are a few minutes drive from the M25, a 15 minute drive from Gatwick airport and 45 min to the centre of London from Kingswood train station.

We have enjoyed walking out of our front door down the road and reaching the countryside for leisurely walks and the lovely local pubs for a bite to eat. There is also a children's playground within close walking distance, a very well respected primary school, village fetes through the year and toddler/social groups who meet up weekly nearby. There has always been a lovely village feel to Lower Kingswood and we have made some wonderful friendships within the road with our neighbours which has made our time here so special.

Over the past 4 and a half years updated and modified the property to include redecoration throughout, a new UPVC double glazed conservatory (with self-clean glass), landscaped the garden and in 2017 the exterior of the house was repainted
