Rugby, with an overall average price of £220,808, was found to be more expensive than nearby Newbold (£154,166) and Brownsover (£158,286), but cheaper than Clifton Upon Dunsmore (£300,929).

In the past year sold property prices in Rugby were 5% higher when compared to the year before and 12% higher when compared to 2016 when average prices were £194,652.
