Warwick, with an overall average price of £281,342, achieved similar values to nearby Hampton Magna (£290,143), but was found to be more expensive than Woodloes Park (£245,400) and cheaper than Hampton On The Hill (£375,833).

In the past year sold property prices in Warwick were 5% higher when compared to the year before and 13% higher when compared to 2015 when average prices were £243,514.
