Port Talbot, with an overall average price of £103,620, achieved similar values to nearby Cwmavon (£103,171), but was found to be more expensive than Aberavon (£62,075) and cheaper than Baglan (£143,030).

In the past year sold property prices in Port Talbot were 6% higher when compared to the year before and 8% higher when compared to 2016 when average prices were £95,238.
