Coventry, with an overall average price of £198,629, achieved similar values to nearby Coundon (£201,509), but was found to be more expensive than Radford (£159,364) and cheaper than Earlsdon (£245,461).

In the past year sold property prices in Coventry were 4% higher when compared to the year before and 8% higher when compared to 2017 when average prices were £183,439.
