Coventry, with an overall average price of £191,953, was found to be more expensive than nearby Radford (£151,345), but cheaper than Earlsdon (£228,628) and Coundon (£206,688).

In the past year sold property prices in Coventry were 4% higher when compared to the year before and 12% higher when compared to 2016 when average prices were £168,217.
