The land is located on the northern edge of the village of Springside, North Ayrshire. Springside is situated approximately 3 miles east

Local Development Plan due for adoption in 2019.
The existing farmhouse and steading buildings are noted to be category ?C? listed and have been subject to an approved planning consent for the conversion and alterations to form 8 dwelling
houses under planning reference, 08/00606/PP which was granted in August 2008, and has now expired.
