Auction House North West have not inspected the property but have been advised this is a semi-detached property built circa 1920 which is in need of a full renovation throughout located within a popular residential location.



The property has suffered from what appears to be either water damage or dry rot to the ground floor and has, except for the living room to the front, had the timber floors and joist removed with a staircase remaining that appears again, to be suffering from rot. Due to this, the first floor has been unable to be inspected by a third party.
