This small area of land is situated at O.S. Grid Ref. SN 574 316 adjacent to a council maintained C road approx 1.5 miles outside the Cothi Valley village of Abergorlech. Brechfa is approx 11 minutes away by car while the County Town of Carmarthen of approx 25 mins drive away. From CARMARTHEN take the A40 east (as if heading towards Llandeilo). After approx 5 miles, turn left in NANTGAREDIG onto the B4310 and proceed through the villages of FELINGWM ISAF, FELINGWM UCHAF and BRECHFA. After driving through BRECHFA, proceed for a further 4.5 miles into ABERGORLECH and turn right over the pretty stone bridge just before the Black Lion. Continue along this lane for approx 1.5 miles and the land will be seen on the left a few hundred yards after Henffordd and next to a Yellow grit bin.
