Full planning permission was granted by East Riding of Yorkshire Coucil on 19 December 2019 for the erection of a dwelling under application no 19/03176/PLF. Mains water, electricity and drainage are available in the village. Purchasers should make their own enquiries as to the exact location and cost of connection thereto.

EAST BOUNDARY

The transfer will include a requirement for the buyer to erect and thereafter maintain a fence along the east boundary of the plot, dividing it from the joint seller's retained property.
