My wife and I have owned this beautiful Garden Apartment for only 2 years and it is with a heavy heart that we need to sell it. It has some lovely contemporary finishes whilst retaining original Victorian features, which of course a Victoria Square property must have.The location is second to none with 'next door' access to Clifton Village and its wealth of restaurants , shops, cafes & bars. within a few minutes' walk you have Whiteladies Road, Clifton Triangle or Bristol itself.

MANAGEMENT CHARGE

Currently the five flats share 20% of the costs on an ad hoc basis.
