What really drew me to this property was the size of the rooms. The living room is a great size and fits a huge corner sofa with lots of room to spare. We have found that we actually have too much storage space overall. All of the rooms have been redone since I have moved in with a brand new kitchen, and fully updated bathroom. When I moved in the place needed lots of work, but everything is now completely renovated. On top of the interior, its been great to have a gated parking space right outside the flat and off of the street. Croydon Council have done lots of great updates to this recently to ensure that only residents are able to park in the car park, and we love that its secure and only residents have a key to open the gate. We love that the station is so close by and we can get into London really quickly, either from East Croydon or West Croydon stations. The night train also stops at Selhurst quite often, so we have loads of ways of getting back to the flat. Although we absolutely love the property, my partner is Canadian, and we have decided to relocate to Canada to start a family and hence why we have decided to sell. We will really miss the homely feel of the flat with so much space, and we will really miss the friendly corner shop owner and shop right on the doorstep which we go to regularly. Although we love this corner shop, for the more substantial weekly shop, we also love the local tesco which is just a 5 minute walk. We will also miss our friendly neighbours downstairs whom have been extremely welcoming
