Canterbury, with an overall average price of £325,854, achieved similar values to nearby Tyler Hill (£340,000), but was found to be more expensive than Harbledown (£265,318) and cheaper than Rough Common (£345,433).

In the past year sold property prices in Canterbury were 4% lower when compared to the year before and 1% lower when compared to 2021 when average prices were £329,890.
