Travelling from Glasgow or Edinburgh areas (2.5 - 3 hours), the route is through Stirling, then taking the A84 road to Callander, Strathyre, Lochearnhead and onto Killin. From there it’s 4 miles to the Ben Lawers road through the mountains to Gelnlyon at the Bridge of Balgie. Pubil Hamlet is 10 miles up the Glen from there. please note that many of these roads are single track. Alternatively, take the A9 north and turn off at Balinluig onto the A827 west to Aberfeldy. From there it’s 1 hours travel to Pubil through Weem, Keltneyburn and the historic village of Fortingall, where the Glenlyon road begins (the Glen Lyon road is a single track road).
