Bristol, with an overall average price of £392,387, was found to be more expensive than nearby St Pauls (£355,594) and St Philips (£330,667), but cheaper than Montpelier (£609,300).

In the past year sold property prices in Bristol were 2% lower when compared to the year before and 9% higher when compared to 2021 when average prices were £358,938.
