Ascot, with an overall average price of £939,249, was found to be more expensive than nearby Sunninghill (£833,063) and Chavey Down (£480,000), but cheaper than Sunningdale (£1,477,656).

In the past year sold property prices in Ascot were 1% higher when compared to the year before and 6% higher when compared to 2021 when average prices were £883,199.
