The majority of properties sold in London over the past year were flat properties. The average price they sold for was £628,541. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £1,084,303 and semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £1,254,609.

London, with an overall average price of £842,018, was found to be more expensive than nearby Walworth (£561,250) and Kennington (£606,000), but cheaper than Holborn (£1,725,000).

In the past year sold property prices in London were 1% lower when compared to the year before and 6% higher when compared to 2021 when average prices were £792,765.
