Oxford, with an overall average price of £666,830, was found to be more expensive than nearby Marston (£596,656) and Florence Park (£482,125), but cheaper than Iffley (£1,109,750).

In the past year sold property prices in Oxford were 5% higher when compared to the year before and 7% higher when compared to 2021 when average prices were £617,246.
