Oxford, with an overall average price of £637,388, was found to be more expensive than nearby Marston (£583,031) and Florence Park (£482,125), but cheaper than Iffley (£1,109,750).

In the past year sold property prices in Oxford were 1% higher when compared to the year before and 3% higher when compared to 2021 when average prices were £616,879.
