The majority of properties sold in Stoke over the past year were terraced properties. The average price they sold for was £209,667. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £250,000 and flat properties had an average sold price of £110,000.

Stoke, with an overall average price of £229,800, achieved similar values to nearby Coventry (£231,922), but was found to be more expensive than Whitley (£210,667) and cheaper than Cheylesmore (£265,170).

In the past year sold property prices in Stoke were 6% higher when compared to the year before and 6% higher when compared to 2021 when average prices were £215,523.
