Coventry, with an overall average price of £231,922, achieved similar values to nearby Earlsdon (£226,928), but was found to be more expensive than Radford (£182,114) and cheaper than Coundon (£250,375).

In the past year sold property prices in Coventry were 1% lower when compared to the year before and 6% higher when compared to 2021 when average prices were £218,594.
