Swindon, with an overall average price of £272,423, achieved similar values to nearby Moredon (£268,357), but was found to be more expensive than Gorse Hill (£205,429) and cheaper than Greenmeadow (£310,023).

In the past year sold property prices in Swindon were 4% higher when compared to the year before and 10% higher when compared to 2021 when average prices were £244,145.
