Chester, with an overall average price of £314,476, was found to be more expensive than nearby Newtown (£189,875) and Handbridge (£272,853), but cheaper than Curzon Park (£827,500).

In the past year sold property prices in Chester were 10% higher when compared to the year before and 14% higher when compared to 2021 when average prices were £270,963.
