Ascot, with an overall average price of £914,841, was found to be more expensive than nearby Sunninghill (£772,682) and Chavey Down (£480,000), but cheaper than Sunningdale (£1,424,559).

In the past year sold property prices in Ascot were 2% lower when compared to the year before and 3% higher when compared to 2021 when average prices were £884,493.
